Supplements and services Naturarte offers our Guests a range of services. Some we offer as a courtesy, others are charged according to their settings. Please check availability in advance with our Concierge.

• Child’s cot/crib are charged EUR 15 per night;
• Extra bed are charged EUR 35 per person per night.
• The maximum number of extra beds or child’s cot/crib permitted in a room is one. Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets are not allowed.
Payment policies When booking is pending confirmation, the amount is secured. Booking confirmation will be made within the next 24 hours. If the booking is not approved, the amount will automatically be refunded.
Payment by Bank transfer When payment is done by Bank Transfer, booking is pending confirmation. You must transfer the total amount of the reservation to our IBAN PT50 004563344020519313054 within the next 24 hours, to avoid booking cancellation.
Cancellation if the cancellation occurs before 7 days prior to check-in date, then, and only then, will Naturarte refund. In case of no show, Naturarte will charge the booking in full.
Check-In time must always be made at our reception, located on Naturarte Campo complex, from 15:30 on, with a complementary welcome drink and a complementary map to explore the region.
Check-out time 12.00.
Bar Service (cocktails and light meals) available at Naturarte Campo, from 14:00 up until 18:00.
