APRIL IS THE MONTH OF GASTRONOMY

Naturarte is proud to return to his dear cuisine theme led by the resident chef Pamela Wieser .
Pamela is Austrian, lies in the Alentejo for several years and masterfully combines Mediterranean flavors so well known with a touch of Alpine cuisine, resulting in natural treats that are unforgettable experiences .
This month in Naturarte, Pamela will offer every guest an hour of tapas in the afternoon, she will also prepare four thematic menus – one for every weekend , always served at dinner on Saturdays. The care taken in the preparation and cooking of meals, is foremost in the choice of fresh products and the exploitation of organic gardens created for her in the gardens of Naturarte, until the accompaniments, many of them results of her own recipes.
This month we will also proceed to plant new fruit trees . All weekends of April there will be at least one tree for planting at the disposal of anyone who wants to help!
