Once again, Naturarte is proud to feature its highly popular theme cuisine prepared by resident chef Pamela Wieser.
Pamela, an Austrian who has lived in Alentejo for several years, magnificently lends an Alpine touch to the Mediterranean flavours she knows so intimately, resulting in unique delicacies that are simply unforgettable experiences.
This summer at Naturarte, Pamela will offer all our guests themed (gourmet) menus, in addition to other menus (based on what we call ‘rural cuisine’). The care with which these meals are prepared and cooked extends from the vegetables grown in Naturarte’s organic garden and the selection of fresh products to the side dishes, many of which are created from their own recipes.
